Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by MARKNERO, a sole trader business owned by MD SOHAG.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice by email. Work continues and fees remain payable during the notice period.

Monthly management fees are for work carried out and are not refundable once the month has started.
If we have not started work on a paid month, that fee is refunded in full within 14 days.
Duplicate or incorrect payments are refunded in full.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and cannot be refunded by us. Any refund of ad spend is at the platform's discretion.

Campaigns are paused or handed over at the end of the notice period, and you keep your ad accounts and any paid-for creative.
