Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by MARKNERO, a sole trader business owned and operated by MD SOHAG, of 63 Winskill Road, Liverpool, L11 1HA, United Kingdom. MARKNERO is not a limited company.

1. Services

We provide social media advertising services as agreed in writing with you, which may include campaign management, creative production, social media management, influencer campaigns, tracking setup, reporting and consulting.

2. Fees and payment

Management fees are agreed before work begins and invoiced monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our fees. Invoices are payable within 7 days.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, brand assets and access to your accounts.
  • Ensure your products, services and claims comply with applicable law.
  • Approve creative and campaign changes in a reasonable timeframe.

4. Results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform policies, auction costs, market conditions and your own offer and website. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue or rankings.

5. Platform rules

All work is subject to the advertising policies of the relevant platforms. We are not liable for account restrictions, ad rejections or suspensions imposed by those platforms.

6. Intellectual property

Creative produced for you becomes yours once the related invoice is paid. You retain ownership of your brand assets and ad accounts.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end the arrangement by giving 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current notice period remain payable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Liability

Our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
